RETURNS POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WRONG SIZE
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If a customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, a new order would have to be placed at the customer's expense. Please contact info@trophywifebarbie.com before returning any orders.

WRONG ADDRESS
If a customer provided an address, considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. Address update and reshipment costs need to be finalized within 30 days of first email notification.

UNCLAIMED
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Address confirmation and reshipment costs need to be finalized within 30 days of first email notification.

Unclaimed products get donated to charity after 30 days. In the event that the reshipment cost is paid AFTER 30 days, the customer will be charged the cost of reprinting all products.
